SitBit is a habit-building app for adults who spend long hours sitting. It helps users build healthier routines with desk exercises, movement reminders, snack tracking, streaks, quests, and group sports session features.

You have the right to delete your SitBit account and all associated personal data at any time.
We will permanently delete your account and all associated personal data within 30 days of receiving your request. You will receive an email confirmation when deletion is complete.
We may retain certain minimal data beyond the 30-day window only if required by applicable law, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to resolve active legal disputes. Any retained data will be held no longer than legally required and will not be used for any marketing or app features.

When the retention period ends or you request deletion, data is securely deleted or anonymized from our systems and our service providers (Firebase / Google Cloud).

If you enable location features, SitBit uses your device location in real time to show nearby public games. We do not store your precise location persistently in our database. You can revoke location permission at any time in your device settings; if you do, nearby game discovery will not function, but all other app features remain available.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data, including secure HTTPS transmission, Firebase security rules, and access controls. While we take data security seriously, no system is completely immune to unauthorized access, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
