SitBit ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data We Collect

• Account info: Display name, profile photo, email (via Google Sign-In)
• Location: Approximate location to show nearby group sessions (only when using the app)
• Session activity: Sessions joined/created, positions claimed, ratings given, MOTM votes
• Fitness data: Break reminders completed, snacks logged, XP and streak history
• Device info: Push notification token (FCM) for session invitations

How We Use Your Data

• To show you nearby group sessions
• To display your profile, XP, and progress
• To send push notifications for session updates and invitations
• To improve the app experience

Third-Party Services

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, push notifications
• Google Sign-In: Optional account login

Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account in the app. This permanently removes all your data from our servers.
